1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ZooBox Connect mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

ZooBox Connect is a mobile application designed for delivery drivers and couriers working with the ZooBox delivery platform. The App provides:

  • Real-time GPS delivery tracking
  • Push notifications for delivery updates
  • QR code scanning for package verification
  • Camera integration for delivery proof
  • Access to the ZooBox web platform

3. Eligibility

To use this App, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid driver's license (where applicable)
  • Be authorized to work as a delivery driver/courier
  • Have an active account with the ZooBox platform
  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. User Accounts

Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You misuse the App or platform
  • Your account is inactive for an extended period

5. Acceptable Use

You Agree To:

  • Maintain professional conduct

You Agree NOT To:

  • Use the App for any illegal purposes

  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Location Services

By using the App, you consent to:

  • Real-time GPS tracking during active deliveries
  • Sharing your location with the ZooBox platform
  • Location data being used for route optimization and customer transparency

You understand that location services are essential for the App's core functionality.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

  • The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by ZooBox

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of photos and data you create through the App
  • You grant us a license to use, store, and display your content for service delivery purposes
  • You represent that you have the right to share any content you upload

9. Disclaimers

13. Termination

By You

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Effect of Termination
