Using the App

How do I accept a delivery?

New delivery requests will appear in the app with push notifications. Review the details and tap "Accept" to begin.

How do I scan QR codes?

Tap the QR scanner icon, point your camera at the package QR code, and the app will automatically verify the package.

How do I take delivery proof photos?

When completing a delivery, tap the camera icon to take a photo of the delivered package as proof of delivery.

What if I lose internet connection?

The app will detect connectivity issues and notify you. Some features may be limited offline, but the app will sync data once connection is restored.
